Busia County Governor H.E Dr Paul Otuoma has today come out clearly to express his dissatisfaction on the manner in which things are being handled by President William Samoei Ruto. The Busia County Governor who also happens to be a member of the opposition party and supporter of Azimio leader is clearly a dissatisfied man.
Dr. Paul Otuoma who was speaking to the press has told the President to stop the constant meetings and seminars but instead send money to the counties to help the poor Kenyans that are long.
