Radio Poll Africa, a survey company has released results of an opinion poll conducted in the month of January to alledge the Preffered presidential candidate if the election were to be held today.
The poll results shows that Deputy President William Ruto still leads the race but is closely followed by Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga.
The poll shows that Deputy President William Ruto's popularity sits at 46.1 percent of the votes sample that participated in the survey. Raila Odinga comes in second with 35.1 percent of the votes sample.
Amani Nation Congress Party leader Musalia who is expected to make a major announcement follows in third with 2.4 percent of the votes sample. Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has a popularity of 1.4 percent as shown is the Star Newspaper.
This happens at a time when aspirants are only left with 7 months to the General election. Radio Africa Ltd has promised that it will be conducted opinion polls monthly till August.
