Millie Odhiambo Mabona is a businesswoman, a farmer, a lawyer and a renowned Kenyan politicians who was born in first November 1966. She has served the country in different capacities, started being nominated as a member of parliament by ODM party in 2008 before winning the seat to represent the people of Mbita (later renamed Suba North Constituency) in 2013 general election.
On matter of marriage and family, she is married to a Zibabwen man, Mr Mabona whom he met on facebook and together they are blessed with one child. This union seem to be very happy and successful if what she post online is something to go by.
Unknown to many however, Millie wedded the love of her life inside a ferry in lake Victoria near the place where her father was drawn in water as a way of respecting, seeking consent and blessings from him. 'Watu Wengi walishangaa na kuona kama ni maringo lakini nilimpenda baba yangu sana na lazima ningemjulisha.' She said.
