
Through the facebook page of popular citizen TV presenter Mr Francis Gachuri, BBI judgement will be based on various factors as the proceedings are currently live in the Supreme Court.
According to his post, the following is a list of judgments that the Chief justice have already supported concerning how the BBI process was carried out. They include;
1.Public participation
She said that their was enough and reasonable public awareness across the country and that cannot be challenged.
2.IEBC was legally constituted hence verification of signatures was done in accordance to the law.

She disagreed with the following;
1.Creation of 70 additional constituencies was unconstitutional.
2.A sitting president cannot be allowed to initiate constitutional amendments through a popular initiative.
3.The BBI basic structure and its doctrines is not applicable in our country.
4.The President cannot be prosecuted while he is still serving unless through the use of attorney general.
