In a video link shared by Citizen on Saturday, 27 August, former Kirinyaga deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri as vows to challenge Ann Waiguru victory in Court over the results.
Addressing press in a function at Kirinyaga Mr Peter Ndambari says Kirinyaga gubernatorial elections was allegedly had political interfere aligned to rigging and that through Court, truth shall set the people free.
"Ile Ukora ilifanyika kwa uchaguzi ya Presidency hata hapa Kirinyaga ilifanyika. Sasa tunaomba amani tukijpanga kuenda kortini tufanye petition yetu tujue haki ilifanyika hau la." He began
Further, he stated that things are not okay in Kirinyaga, therefore, moving to the Court is a quest for justice for the interests of the County and Country at large.
