"And Mbilia Bel was here to show her love for Baba the 5th with her popular hit song Nakei Nairobi," he wrote sharing a video clip of the song.
M'bilia Bel is a rumba and world music singer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo popularly known as the "Queen of Congolese and African Rumba".
