The event came to a close yesterday and President Uhuru Kenyatta jetted back in time to award the winners of the World Rally Championships that was being held in Naivasha with the conclusion being today.
Reliable reports from State House Kenya is that President Uhuru Kenyatta is to once again jet out of the country and head to Lisbon in Portugal.
The President will be co chairing the second United Nations Ocean Conference that is being held in Lisbon which will be with his Portugal counterpart known as Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa and the Uited Nations Secretary General António Guterres.
The conference was scheduled to be held in 2020 but was pushed ahead because of the Covid pandemic that shook the world but is slowly subsiding and normalcy is being restored across the world.
Kenya's ambassador to Portugal, who is known as Proffesor Judi Wakhungu has revealed that The President will also pay a two-day Official State visit in the Portuguese Republic and that will be on Tuesday and Wednesday before he comes back.
