Storms erupts online following a decision made by the high court to stop the BBI from being taken to the president for assent.
Dr Boni Khalwale took to his Twitter page penning his thoughts with photos. He expressed his feelings saying that it was fabulous, that the high court has restrained the parliament from transmitting the BBI Bill to the President for assent.
