Gloves Off! Moses Kuria To Fight Dp Ruto In Court After His Candidate Was Disqualified

As political heats flare each day across the country, different alliances and political formations have been eyed each day.

However, there seems to be a new fallout against the deputy president William Ruto and his close ally Moses Kuria.

According to Kuria his candidate from his party Chama cha Kazi has been disqualified by the IEBC after his rival UDA party filed a petition against him.

Kuria took to his Facebook account saying he will be in court first thing in the morning tomorrow to contest the decision.

"Today the IEBC has disqualified the Chama Cha Kazi candidate for Kiagu By-Election Milton Mwenda Kabobo following a petition by the South Imenti UDA Coordinator Salesio Mutuma Thuranira.

The party has been asked to submit a replacement candidate. We are dissatisfied with this decision and we will move to the High Court first thing tomorrow morning to challenge this decision, "

Lately, Kuria has been rumored of playing his own game after he met several anti-Ruto politicians from Mount Kenya.

Amazingly Moses Kuria has been one of the deputy president William Ruto's close allies who has been openly campaigning for his Presidency come 2022.
