The report of the United States categorized Uganda with among others Ethiopia, DRC Congo and Somalia. It's a report has accused the government of Uganda of trying to muscle citizens to submission whenever they speak bad about the government.

According to the report, Uganda qualifies to be called a failed state because it lacks the capacity to govern as per other democratic countries. It's clear president Museveni has been in power for the longest time without having anything to show for it.

This is bad news to Uganda and it's leadership because they have always tried to portray themselves as a democratic country. 14 African countries were named as fragile states as compared out of a list of 19 countries in the report
