Karen Nyamu is a both a lawyer and a politician. Her debut in politics was in 2017 where she vied for the seat of Nairobi women representative under the Jubilee ticket but lost it to Esther Passarris of ODM.
The sassy mother of two has not lost hope in her political career and she hopes to vie for the same post come next but the political party she is to vie with has not yet been revealed.
Today she was at Burma market having lunch locals, and this is what she wrote on her Facebook page;
"Lunch at Burma market today was a success! Thank you so much, locals from burma. You are a true embodiment of how hard working and enterprising we are as Kenyans."
In the comment section some congratulated her while some criticized her saying that it is a new tactic politicians are using to lure citizens to vote for them come next year. Here is a screenshot of sampled comments
