First Batch Of Ballot Papers For 9th August General Elections Arrives In The Country From Greece.

The first batch of the ballot papers which will be used in the 9th August general elections have arrived in the country from greece.

This had been confirmed by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati.

The IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati stated that they printed a total of 20,120,258 ballot papers for the August polls.

Wafula Chebukati further clarified that there were no extra ballot papers being printed by the Greece firm.

Wafula Chebukati and the other IEBC Commissioners are set to receive the ballot papers at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JIKA).
