Tuju and Murathe came under sharp criticisms following the party's humiliating by-election defeat in Kiambaa, a week ago.
With several elected Jubilee Party leaders turning the heat on Murathe and Tuju, the duo was asked to resign or risk being forcefully ejected from office.
But after three days of blame game, Tuju and Murathe were spared with the party's top brass declaring that no one would be sacrificed following the Kiambaa poll loss.
Speaking on Saturday, Kinyanjui said that Tuju and Murathe had mismanaged the party and that their time is up.
According to Kinyanjui, a key Uhuru confidant, Jubilee Party needs complete overhaul ahead of the next general election.
The Nakuru Governor says that elected leaders remain the most important stakeholders in the party leadership and that their voice should be respected.
Though Tuju and Murathe had declared that they would not step aside as called by top party elected leaders, the statement from Governor Kinyanjui should worry them. Perhaps, this could be the end of the road for them.
