While addressing people in Kericho county on Friday, the Cabinet Secretary noted that those present should great the good senator incase they come across him.

Peter Munya was in Kericho to talk to the tea garners from the region about the reforms that will be introduced in the tea sector in the coming days.
He has assured the tea farmers that the reforms that have been introduced by the government are put to help them in the coming days.
The Bill ensures tea auction management, buyers and brokers pay farmers within 14 days of the sale. Factories must also pay 50 per cent of the sales to farmers.
Sometimes, farmers have even had to wait longer for full payments - popularly known as bonus. The law will also tighten the management of tea factories owned by smallholder farmers. They are 69 in 16 counties.
