Ford Kenya Leader Moses Wetangula And Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka Call For Peaceful Coexistence

A daughter of the late businessman Allan Waihumbu Njuguna has stunned mourners after indirectly hitting out Governor Wycliffe Wangamati for storming funerals like weddings.

Hannah Wanjuhi condemned leaders who cause chaos in funerals as bereaved families sought solace from mourners and the church.

Governor Wycliffe Wangamati had earlier on stormed the funeral service in company of drunk youth much to the disgust of mourners.

Police had previously warned an MCA from Bukembe who is allegedly to have organized ferrying of goons from Bukembe to Musikoma to cause mayhem.

The MCA is said to have planned heckling of Mama County Catherine Wambilianga during the funeral service of Water Chief Officer Madam Rosalia Soita over the weekend.

Speaking at the funeral function, the Ford Kenya Party Leader Hon Moses Wetangula has urged the people to live peacefully and in harmony. He proceeded to assure other communities that Bungoma is a small Kenya where people should interact and do business without limitations.

The Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka moved to agree with the Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula message of peace and urged the people of Bungoma to be brothers keeper despite their differences in religion or community background.
