The newly formed United democratic association party which is Allegedly led by deputy president William Ruto is in the hot soup after allegedly copy and pasting an article from jubilee party constitution.
According to the photo posted by Facebook user Bill Msafi,he claims that the United democratic association party has transferred word by word the article two of jubilee party constitution to be theirs.
"Word by word, the United democratic association party has pasted jubilee party article two of the Constitution, kumbe hawana hata content," Bill Msafi captioned the constitution.
One of the phrase in that constitution is the pride of members of being part of the party and the ethnicity, cultural and religious diversity of Kenya. Which is also the same with the first phrase in article two of jubilee party constitution.
The second one which is the member of the UDA Party are committed to having a better Kenya where there is equity for the current and future generations is also the same as the second phrase the same article.
Read the constitution below and see the similarity.
