A photo of President William Ruto seemingly engaged in a deep and hearty chat with the Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader Hon Raila Odinga allies as his Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua walks beside a red carpet has elicited Online Debate with Kenyans on the internet coming up to express mixed feelings.
Responding to a photo posted by one of Riggy G's bloggers GK Malema on Facebook, while some Kenyans condemned the photos saying that the presidential protocol had been broken, others took the opportunity to slam the second in command accusing him of not being serious with his Constitutional space.
In the photos, leaders led by Raila's elder brother Hon Oburu Odinga, Education CS Ezekiel Machogu can be seen walking on a red carpet while Gahagua on the other hand can be seen enjoying the Chats by the local leaders. All the same, Ruto is expected to frag various development projects in Nyanza.
