Senators to decide on The fate of Mwangaza's Impeachment Today.

The senators will today decide whether to support ousting the besieged county boss or to reject the impeachment motion.

Dennis kiogora, a member of the Minority Whip's staff and the (MCA) for Abogeta West, made the allegations against the governor.

Allegations included nepotism, illegal appointments, unlawful dismissals, usurpation of constitutional and statutory functions, incitement to bullying, vilification, and misleading campaigns against other leaders.

In addition, the county boss was accused of violating laws governing public finance management, misconduct in the process of nominating CECs, and forcing his way into the Meru County Assembly to start unconstitutional riots against ward representatives.

When the former Meru Woman Representative offered her husband two county jobs a month after taking office, the conflict with the overzealous ward representatives began.

She appointed Murega Baichu as the Meru Hustlers Ambassador and Patron of the Meru Youth Service.

Members of the county assembly accused the governor of nepotism and a conflict of interest, although she stated that the husband would not receive a salary from the county.

The MCAs alleged that the county boss had denied them the funds they needed to help them carry out a variety of ward-level projects.
