Ainabkoi constituency MP William Chepkuut has this evening advised the deputy president Dr.William Ruto to stop wasting his valuable time with the clueless members of parliament.
Hon.Chepkut asked the second-in-command to change tune on the building bridges initiative which has been endorsed by 35 counties as by 23rd February 2021.
The deputy president has been vocal campaigning against the bill since it was officially launched at Bomas of Kenya . The deputy president is on record championing for the consensus on the constitutional amendment bill of 2020.
Chepkut through his official Facebook account has disputed the DP's proposal of consensus move. According to Chepkut consensus is not achievable in Kenya adding that it is only achievable in family affairs .
'William Ruto welcome to YES side of BBI amendment bill. Don't waste your time with clueless MPs. In Kenya there will never be consensus my friend. Kenya sio family kiosk where you must create consensus with your wife,' part of his post read.
The endorsement of the bill by many counties has seen William Ruto's opposer's mock him for failing to convince county assemblies to vote against the bill . Ruto's allies were all excited when Baringo county which remains to be the only to have shot the bill down but were all saddened when many counties voted for it .
Chepkut is a very close ally of Baringo Senator Hon.Gedion Moi who has declared his presidential candidature comes 2022 and a rival of deputy president William Ruto .Despite coming from a region highly dominated by Ruto's followers he is vocal about his detest of the deputy president .
The witty honorable Member concluded by urging the deputy president to Join their BBI brigade as soon as possible or else they will go for him. 'Ukichelewa tutakukujia ' said Chepkuut .
