It is less than 80 days left towards the general election of Kenya. This year general election will be special because it will have more than 40 presidential candidates. Kenyans, above 18 years and registered as a voter will have a right to vote for six elective seats as mandated by 2010 constitution.
The hotly anticipated seat is presidential. It is dominanted by vocal, influencial and persuasive pioneers. This pioneers will replace the current president Uhuru Kenyatta who have served fully for ten years. Deputy president William Ruto is one of the presidential candidate. Other candidates includes official opposition leader Raila Odinga, professor George Wajackoya and others
According to the most recent online poll held of Murang'a county gubernatorial race, Jamlek Kamau who is a Jubilee outshine UDA Irungu Kang'ata. Kang'ata had 42 percent while Jamlek Kamau has 43 percent according to Mizani Africa poll.
