John a bio-digester constructor couldn't keep his patience anymore as he decided to expose the "bad" side of Kimilili member of parliament Didmus Barasa for allegedly failing to pay him 80, 000 Kenya shillings.
According to his story which was posted by a popular Kenyan blogger Robert Alai, the Mp had initially asked him to construct two biodigesters at his home at Nasianda for 160, 000 Kenya shillings each digester costing 80,000.

Apparently, at first, the Mp gave him a deposit of 80,000 to start the construction but upon completion, he allegedly failed to complete his balance.
M-Pesa confirmation of his first payment.
In addition to his claims, it's now two months and the Mp keeps on sending him to the CDF offices who in turn take him in rounds. Reportedly the Mp is very arrogant whenever he approaches him for the payment.
