The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission of Kenya (IEBC) that is headed by Mr Wafula Chebukati has been tasked by the Constitution to conduct all the electoral process in the country such as voter registration, updating voters roll, clearing the political candidates interested in contesting and counting and announcing of the results.
A famous Senior Counsel by the name Tom Ojienda has today morning kicked off a campaign in Kisumu County that is headed by Prof Anyang Ny'ongo in sensitizing residents on how to register as voters.
In conclusion, Prof Ojienda has revealed that he's targeting 700,000 unregistered voters who meet the requirements as stipulated by IEBC to be registered as voters ahead of 2022 general elections scheduled to take place on 9th August.
