Samuel Atandi: Why Can't Government Make Price Of Flour Kenya Shillings Fifty

Monopoly in businesses in the country has now taken another route being political matter. Azimio party and Kenya Kwanza party highly criticizing each other. Earlier, Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, said that this government is ready to ruin up any monopoly in business. He said that the high prices of commodities was due to this monopoly.

Honourable Samuel Atandi's tweet has shocked the entire media. Samuel Atandi criticized Cleophas Malala, one of Kenya Kwanza Mp on his claim during discussion in one of the TV station.

"You know the owner of Rubis, Brookside and Gas yet they complain about the high cost of living. These are the lords of monopoly in Kenya," Cleophas Malala questioned Samuel Atandi.

However, Samuel Atandi fully opposed Malala's claim. He therefore, went on tweeter criticizing him.

"How are you expecting Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta to reduce the cost of their products yet president Ruto has not reduced the cost of eggs?" Samuel Atandi tweeted.

He later questioned the government reasons behind not able to have the price of two kilograms of flour to be fifty shillings.
