Former United Democratic Alliance Party Vice Chairperson Kipruto Arap Kirwa has now sparked reactions after alleging what President William Ruto's administration is trying to do thorough the back door.
Speaking exclusively in KTN, the former Cherangany Member of Parliament who dumped President William Ruto for Raila in the August 9 General Elections has now alleged that President William Ruto is trying to introduce the Building Bridges Initiative, BBI through the back door.
" The way I see the current administration of William Ruto, they are trying to embrace the BBI through the back door. One is they have created the position of the prime minister,now they are creating the position of assistant deputy Ministers calling them CAS.. Third they are saying ministers will be going to parliament to be questioned." Kipruto Arap Kirwa said.
