Addressing the crowd, the member of parliament alleged that Ruto's bottom-up economic strategy will not work for Kenyans.
"Bottom-up is an unworkable strategy because it is not possible to create four million jobs within such a short period as Ruto claims," Junet said.
"Ruto is only trying to find his way up the political ladder. He should not convince people that he can take care of all the poor people in the economy because a country takes time to grow. As economic growth occurs, jobs will be created automatically," Junet added.
Raila and Ruto have been involved in a serious political rivalry. This has been occurring for a couple of years since the handshake occurred. The political pressure has doubled especially after considering that the 2022 general elections are just around the corner.
Above all, Kenyans have been asked to remain calm and tolerate other peoples political orientations.
