Barely a few days after the fuel prices across the country rise to a higher price in history a move which has been criticised by Kenyans and various political leaders across the country political divide a move which has captured the attention of the Senate minority leader James Orengo.
According to today's senate, proceeding senator James Orengo has tabled a motion of impeachment of the two cabinet Secretaries after they failed to appear in the Senate to answer questions on the hike in the prices of fuels and the cost of electricity across the country a move which makes it difficult for Kenyans to survive especially during this hard time.
According to the proceedings, the former Senate deputy speaker has now lauded the minority leader for his bold move to go against the handshake between the head of State and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
"I agree with Senator Orengo that this is perhaps the weakest and the most helpless parliament in the history of our country. The parliament is in fear of the Executive and has abandoned what its people sent them to do. If it can do anything, let it go now," said Kindiki.
