In his comment he said the late former president Daniel Moi served his father for seventeen years with much respect until his time to lead came.

He went further and said that the leaders in the current generation are so arrogant and disrespectful and this raises many questions on the future of this country.

This statement was received harshly by the public in the social media platform most of them criticizing him for all sorts of mistakes done during his tenure.

Some accused him of killing the opposition while others reminded him of how his government on how he ignores the court orders.

This message was seen to be directed to his deputy whom they have not been in good terms for several years.
