Just in: Why Raila will not attend Ruto's inauguration

With hours to the inauguration of President-elect William Ruto, his main rival during the August 9 presidential election Raila Odinga has reportedly jetted out of the country.

Raila claims that he doesn't know the exact results of presidential election taking a swipe at the Supreme Court. According to Kakamega deputy governor-elect Ayub Savula, Raila is in Zanzibar for reasons he did not specify.
