A video clip of the embattled Bungoma Senator Moses Wetengula while allegedly negotiating a deal with the ballot printer as was alleged has emerged online.
This was shared by the ODM party director of Communication's Phillip Etale on his social media pages.
This comes at a time when Moses Wetengula has been accused of link's with the ballot papers printer in Greece and from the video clip, a voice allegedly of Moses's Wetengula can be heard talking to a Caucasian man.
From the video clip, the meeting was done at night and from the video clip, the alleged voice of Wetengula can be heard saying that 'somethings ' (not clear) will arrive on Wednesday night and he also mentioned the name of the police.
