It is said that the Kimilili MP branded an official government vehicle in UDA party colours in his bid to be reelected during the August general elections, the portrait also containing images of deputy president William Ruto.
And now, the Kimilili MP has come out to finally speak about the matter and name a person who he thinks is behind his current woes with authorities.
Barasa stated that Azimio la umoja One Kenya coalition party politician from the DAP-K party Lawyer Bryan Khaemba is the one who alerted police over the allegations. He said that the lawyer (Bryan Khaemba) is doing so in order to dethrone him from his Kimilili MP seat.
"(Lawyer) Bryan Khaemba -Bk, the DAP candidate who wants to dethrone me from the Kimilili Paliamentary seat now this is campaign! (sic). Three days ago you tweeted VITINA (gossip) causing the police (sic) to come to my compound, it is alright," he said.
