Jubilee Secretary-General has now revealed that history could repeat itself soon following the recent revelation that the Ruling party is finalizing discussions to enter into a political deal with its 2017 main rival. This new revelation coming as a bitter pill to William Ruto who campaigned with all he had to ensure that the ruling party gets power.
