Why OKA's Gideon Moi Failed to Attend Uhuru's State of Nation Address in Parliament

President Uhuru Kenyatta today delivered his last and final state of nation address to a joint sitting of the two houses of parliament.

Apart from Kenyan legislators from the two houses who were present, prominent leaders in the country were in attendance to listen as the president issue his address.

Among them were the deputy president William Ruto, former prime minister Raila Odinga and One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka.

However, president Uhuru's close and family friend senator Gideon Moi was nowhere to be found despite being one of the Kenyan legislators at the senate representing Baringo county.

His absence raised alot of questions as majority of Kenyans expected him to show up for this noble event in the country especially when the country is preparing to conduct general elections next year.

To the surprise of many,Gideon Moi had paid Taarab band leader Maulidi Juma a surprise visit in Soko Mjinga, Kisauni.
