Political temperatures have been witnessed in the recent past in Kenya as 2022 politics take shape. Just today, according to the Star newspaper, Raila Odinga has again received another huge blow after a section of leaders allied to Uhuru Kenyatta changed tune and agreed to support Health CS Mutahi Kagwe.
According to the reports, it is said that the leaders allied to the president claimed that the president has plans to support a mount Kenya leader who they said was Mutahi Kagwe. The leaders also said that they were ready to finance his campaigns should Raila Odinga fail to choose him as his running mate.
Part of the section of the Star newspaper read and I quote, "It is also reported that Kagwe will be on the ballot if Raila will not pick him as his running mate and he is already preparing to contest."
Do you think President Uhuru Kenyatta will back CS Mutahi Kagwe from Mount Kenya region? Leave your views below.
