She explained how the outbreak of Corona has majorly affected the happiness of pregnant women and children.
Perhaps, she stressed that all pregnant women including those with confirmed or suspected with covid-19 infections, do have the right to high-quality care before, during and after childbirth. She said that this includes antenatal, newborn, postnatal, intrapartum and mental health care.
However, she revealed a simple steps that we should follow to keep ourselves safe, our loved ones, and the most vulnerable safe from covid-19. She said at the moment, staying at home has the most rewarding benefits. She stated that pregnant women should stay at home unless they need urgent medical attention in hospital.
