Sakaja Responds To Gachagua's Warning On Implementation Of Laws That Might Annoy Mt. Kenya Leaders

Many of you know that the Nairobi boss Mr. Johnstone Sakaja has never slept on work and ever since he got the position, he has been implementing different laws, some which were received well by Nairobi residents but others brought controversies. Among the laws that were not received well by residents is the closure of night clubs and apparently, many said that they get wages by working at night. The residents provided solutions such as using sound proofs to prevent noises to those who were complaining and this had to be a bill which called for Nairobi MCAs to discuss and they agreed that bars had to be in service at anytime but noise should be controlled. Now, today, Sakaja had to respond to DP Gachagua's numerous warnings. Gachagua has been asking Sakaja to avoid implementing laws that might persecute the Mt. Kenya community. Sakaja revealed that Gachagua is speaking on behalf of cartels, big men and those who have a voice of impunity. Sakaja said that ever since he got into leadership, he has looked forward to do things that will be of importance and progressive to the residents who voted for him and not leaders who have selfish thoughts. He told Gachagua that they cannot compromise on some things especially when it comes to his leadership for Nairobi residents. Sakaja told Gachagua to stick to his position. Source, Nation media.
