David Ndung'u Wanjohi owns a business located at Ol Kalou which deals with electronics . April 4, 2020 he did the unexpected by standing out and being among the people in the country who have given donations to carter for Corona virus pandemic.

He decided to give Ksh. 10,500 as donation to the COVID-19 management kitty. His willingness and kindness has touched so many kenyans. As an example, David is going to be emulated by so many individuals.

The middle-aged man used rather unusual manner of giving contribution by writing the cheque direct to the president.

Usually, any contribution towards health should not be given to the president direct. Instead, it should go to the individuals in charge of health sector. This has made his act sound new to the kenyans at large.
