Lawyer Mahat Somane on Friday defined why the electoral fee unexpectedly stopped the stay transmission of election consequences at Bomas of Kenya.
In his submissions on Friday on the Supreme Court, Somane stated there has been a clog withinside the IEBC portal that affected the transmission of consequences.
