Wrangles between Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga and his rival inside the party Businessman Jimi Wanjigi, has continued today after Wanjigi rubbished Raila's social welfare programme of giving Sh6,000 to every vulnerable and unemployed family every month upon his election into presidency.

Speaking in a meeting at Nyeri as reported by People Daily Newspaper, Wanjigi said that it is not possible for Raila to implement that programme since the number of unemployed youths in Kenya, is currently about 4 million meaning that the ODM boss will be required to set up about Sh.300 billion per year for that programme.

Which is impossible to be done in Kenya especially at this time when the country is having a huge burden of paying huge foreign debts. According to him, that programme will not work and there's no possible mean to make it work and be a reality.
