Deputy president Rigathi Gachua has praised the president for engaging the members of of Parliament.
Speaking during Kenya kwanza members of parliament meeting Gachagua explained that such engagement were no longer there in the previous government and that even if it existed they were monologue.
Rigathi also gave the members of parliament the tax explain to the public the importance of refunding the hustler fund after borrowing.
The leader allied to Raila Odinga have on several occasions opposed the hustler fund with some referring to it as an improved fuliza.
Mathare member of Parliament Antony Oluoch in his recent speech said that he suspected the money used as hustler to be the one meant for constinuancy development fund.
The hustlers fund that was recently launched have been recently having many borrowers.
However a section of leaders have advised Kenyans to borrow the money stating it had no rapacations even if not paid.
