Ruto provoked several reactions online after he attacked Rail again and revealed how he helped her become prime minister.
In a video recorded by Mutembei TV, Ruto said he helped Rail become prime minister, but it got to the point where he was tired. The second commander said this as he prepared for the upcoming election.
