Karanja Kibicho is a Kenyan government official. He is currently the Permanent Secretary in the Department of Foreign Affairs, led by Dr Fred Matiang'i, Secretary-General of the Cabinet. PS Karanja Kibicho is a resident of Kirinyaga County who lives in the densely populated district of Mt Kenya. He expressed interest in running for office in the Kirinyaga constituency a few months ago, but appears to have backed down with just a few months to go until the fourth election in August this year.
PS Karanja Kibicho has finally broken the silence, revealing his next move, just days after retired President Uhuru Kenyatta convened the State House. PS Karanja Kibicho, according to TV47 News Kenya, said incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta is still their leader and they will follow any direction he shows. He has also stated that he will not run in the next general election.
