As the 2022 Presidential Elections near, leaders from different regions have been moving around the country as they look to find likable characters to partner with ahead of the highly anticipated polls.
The 2022 Race is expected to attract several high-profile leaders who are interested in taking over from President Kenyatta when his term comes to an end in the next few months. According to many political pundits, the 2022 Presidential Elections will be a two-horse race between the current Deputy President William Ruto and Odm leader Raila Odinga.
The other leaders in the one Kenya alliance caucus are only expected to play the role of kingmakers in 2022.
In recent months, there have been lots of speculation linking ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi with the Deputy President's camp. There have been Complains by other OKA Principals that the Deputy President has been trying to court Mudavadi to join his camp.
According to Kimilili MP Dydmus Barasa, it's true that two one Kenya alliance leaders have been meeting Ruto in secret meetings. According to Baraza, the meetings have been happening at the night and have involved 2022 talks.
It's unclear who is the other leader who is meeting Ruto.
