The Azimio chief agent in the recently concluded presidential election Saitabao Ole Kanchory has issued an ultimatum notice of seven days to Trevor Ombija who is a news anchor at Citizen television to send an apology to him or being sued and face the charges in Court of law.
According to Kanchory, Trevor Ombija made false and malicious claims that Saitabao said that Raila Odinga campaigns were disorganized and that the agents were not paid hence resulting to the lose in the presidential bid to president William Samoei Ruto.
The remarks were uttered by Trevor the other day when he was interviewing the opposition leader Raila Odinga on why he losed the presidency to Ruto.
Through his official Twitter account, Saitabao has made the following remarks "Notice of intent to sue my Xmas Holiday has been rudely interrupted by false & malicious claims by Trevor Ombija on Citizen television Kenya that I said that Raila Odinga campaigns were disorganized & that agents were not paid. Unless I receive a proportionate apology in 7 DAYS am suing."
