PPB Confirms Dp Ruto's Remarks on Sputnik Vaccine, Reveals if it Was Approved

The Russian Covid-19 vaccine, the Sputnik V vaccine was banned in Kenya by the government, over claims that it had not been approved by Pharmacy and Poison Board.However, some allies of Dp Ruto claimed that the vaccine was banned because Dp Ruto had been injected with it, while other government agents received Astra-Zeneca vaccine.

And now PPB has revealed that the banned Sputnik vaccine, received approval on 12th March 2021,under the Covid-19 material,giving the permission for Dinlas Pharma EPZ limited to import the vaccine.

Ruto, while being interviewed at Citizen Tv, claimed that the Sputnik Vaccine, received approval from Pharmacy and Poisons Board. He wondered why the government had to banned it.

The second in command also added that he was not invited to State House, when government top officials were being given Aztra-Zeneca vaccine.Ruto also cleared the air on claims that he was among the importers of Sputnik Vaccine and said that he had no part in it.
