The incumbent Head of State President William Ruto has been holding Cabinet Meetings with Uhuru Kenyatta's CSs as he awaits for the vetting of his new cabinet by parliament.
However, on his first foreign trip to Ethiopia as the Head of State, president William Ruto decided to carry along his allies and his new cabinet. He was also accompanied by a delegation of his UDA loyalists including the Kapseret MP Hon Oscar Sudi.
While meeting the Ethiopian Prime Minister for a high profile meeting, Ruto was accompanied by CS Monica Jumwa, incoming Defence CS Aden Duale, incoming Energy CS Davis Chirchir and Foreign Affairs boss Alfred Mutua among others. The Former Aide-De-Camp Timothy Lekolool also accompanied President Ruto to Ethiopia with speculations rising that he is orienting the new ADC on how to conduct himself in international duties. Ruto's cabinet has however been receiving criticism over allegations that he rewarded his loyalists with powerful positions instead of looking for technocrats with a clean record.
