Ruto and his team area leady in Tana River where they are on a mission to popularize their Agenda using the Economic forum, which they strongly believe is a tool that will help them know the problems affecting the people of different parts and how they will handle them moving forward.
Ruto was received by Kilifi Governor who recently defected to UDA. Salim Mvurya to was in the mix. The two governors Mvurya and Kingi also being escorted by some of their allies from the region who strongly believe that the coastal region should be liberated.
Other leaders present included Mohammed Ali of Nyali and Aisha Jumwa whovis seeking to inherit the seat from Governor Kingi who will be leaving office after serving two terms. Also present is Hassan Omar the UDA gubernatorial aspirant for the Mombasa seat who has continued to advocate for a Ruto presidency in the area.
