This is the second cabinet meeting that President Ruto is having with Former President Uhuru Kenyatta Cabinet Secretaries as he has to wait for 28 days before his cabinet can be approved by Parliament.
This morning, his role in the government has been revealed by a governance expert who is also a lawyer by the name of Ken Echesa during an interview.
It has been revealed that his role as the Prime Cabinet Secretary is to ensure that the appointed Cabinet Secretaries take full charge of their roles in the different Ministries in line with the manifesto of Kenya Kwanza.
"Musalia Mudavadi has been brought to the Cabinet as the Prime CS to ensure that the CSs take full charge of their roles in their designated ministries in line with the Kenya Kwanza Alliance manifesto." Ken Echesa who is an Advocate of the High Court said.
