Details have leaked why Deputy President William Ruto and Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga has not attended the late President Daniel Arap Moi first anniversary which is currently ongoing at his Kabarak home.

It has been established via the ODM official social media pages that the reason why former Prime Minister Raila Odinga failed to turn up at the celebration of Late President Daniel Moi's anniversary is following his meeting with the Maa leaders to discuss matters of National interest and that of the Building Bridges Initiative.

According to a report via the Citizen it has been established that Deputy President William Ruto has not attended the Kabarak function too.

It has been affirmed that the reason why Deputy President William Ruto has not been able to avail at Late President Daniel Moi's anniversary is following his development tour at Kwale where he has launched various projects at Lunga Lunga constituency including opening Mwangilu police station.

"ZIARA YA RUTO KWALE: Ruto azindua miradi ya ustawi wa eneo bunge la Lunga lunga. Naibu wa rais atarajiwa kufungua kituo cha polisi cha Mwangulu," read the report from Citizen.
