Deputy President William Ruto took his Kenya Kwanza campaign to Marsabit county to asked residents to rally behind his bid.
In his political tour of Marsabit county, he responded to the worsen extra Judicial Killings in the country.
Ruto said that all the criminals should be taken to court to face the judgement and not to be subjected through extra Judicial Killings.
He has said that the use of extra Judicial Killings in the country is illegal and must come to a stop very soon.
He has also said that those criminals who stole the Kemsa money should also be taken to court to face the Court's judgement.
Ruto was speaking in Moyale, Marsabit county in the company of other Kenya Kwanza leaders including Hon. Aden Duale and Rigathi Gachagua among other leaders.
