Cherangany member of parliament Hon.Joshua Kutuny is one of the country's most famous political leaders. Not only is he known for being an MP for Cherangany, but he's also known for being outspoken and extremely controversial in most cases.
Meanwhile, Joshua Kutuny hasn't kept his usual vocals for the past few days. In fact, he was not a front-runner in the campaigns of the neither the Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Alliance or United Democratic Alliаnce but today he broke his silence by taking a step forward from the long-awaited general election in August.According to Him people are electing leaders to serve them. 
Through his official Twitter account, Joshua Kutuny took a big step forward by revealing that today he operated a state-of-the-art doubles lab at St. Pauls Cheptil and 11 classrooms at Perkerra Elementary School in the Motosiet ward. According to Kutuny, leaders are always elected to serve the people and thus he fulfills his duties as a leader.
